For this part make a Open G Shape on the 2nd fret and remove your first finger , leaving 
your middle and ring finger   on  Both E Strings Of The 2nd Fret. Then Pluck the bottom 
top e string at the same time. This is done best with the thumb and first finger.

For the 2nd part of the bridge the same shape and plucking method is used again but  , 
on the 5th fret and advancing up towards the 2nd with one pluck of each.
