 Solo Comments
[a] do a normal unison bend on 8th fret, then, as its ringing, bend the B—string
    up to the 9th fret.  Do this right before the note/bend is done.
[b] these harmony bends are played by a second guitar.  I do them on the high
    strings cause it makes it sound like a different guitar.  But you can play
    them wherever ya want.
[c] bend the hell out of this note.
[d] end with lots of feedback, ringing strings, and sliding your fingers down
    the neck.
