This Tab is based on Dougie's performance on Feb. 29, 2004 at Market Hall Theatre, 
Ontario (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KMpSg78s684).  The tuning and capo position shown 
duplicate the sound of that performance, although in the video
he has 2 capos on his guitar, one at the first fret and one at the fourth.

I can't tell whether either or both of those capos are modified in some way, so I went 
what sounded right.

Also, his fingerings are very clearly visible in the video.
