This is the last song on Elliot Smith's "Needle in the Hay" 7", recorded
9/94 and distributed by Kill Rock Stars.  He always writes his lyrics out,
but I'll put 'em here anyway.  Transcribed by me, Jennifer Starfish.

it's all bar chords, and he uses all downstrokes to fill the spaces
between chord changes.  I'll refer to high E as "E!"
