right this is an amazing song and its taken me ages to figure out, the chords arent
but i couldnt figure out at all what they were, also cause its in DADFAD theres probably an
way to play it but i figured it out this way just messing about with folk riffs
and different tunings.

i say its worth the retune like

Pre—notes: *DADFAd
*verse two sounds nicer with the riff if playing solo but can
easily be played as it is on the record with the chords that the
            riff is based around
*The chords are wrong i think because i made them up, but they
fit just about under the vocal melody so dont be too harsh.

*****CAPO 2*****

It's empty in the valley of your heart,
The sun it rises slowly as you walk,
Away from all the fears and all the faults you've left behind.

The harvest left no food for you to eat,
You cannibal you meat eater you see,
But I have seen the same I know the shame in your defeat.

    1 2 3
But I will hold on hope,
    1 2 3
And I won't let you choke,
 2 3 1
On the noose around your neck,
    1 2 3
And I'll find strength in pain,
    1 2 3
And I will change my ways,
     2 3 1
I'll know my name as it's called again.

'Cause I have other things to fill my time,
You take what is your's and I'll take mine,
Now let me at the truth which will refresh my broken mind.

So tie me to a post and block my ears,
I can see widows and orphans through my tears,
I know my call despite my faults and despite my growing fears.

    1 2 3
But I will hold on hope,
    1 2 3
And I won't let you choke,
 2 3 1
On the noose around your neck,
    1 2 3
And I'll find strength in pain,
    1 2 3
And I will change my ways,
     2 3 1
I'll know my name as it's called again.

verse3:
So come out of your cave walking on your hands,
And see the world hanging upside down,
you can understand dependence when you know the maker's hand.

Middle:
    1 2 3
So make your siren's call,
    1 2 3
And sing all you want,
  2 3 1
I will not hear what you have to say.

      1 2 3
Cause I need freedom now,
    1 2 3
And I need to know how,
   2 3 1
To live my life as it's meant to be.

Chorus 3:
    1 2 3
But I will hold on hope,
    1 2 3
And I won't let you choke,
 2 3 1
On the noose around your neck,
    1 2 3
And I'll find strength in pain,
    1 2 3
And I will change my ways,
     2 3 1
I'll know my name as it's called again.
