This one's pretty different from the rest of the songs on ITAOTS, mostly because
Jeff didn't compose it; Scott Spillane did. So the chords are a little unusual. 
Anyways, here it is:

Verse:

Gm Gm F Am Dm

The bridge part (where it becomes higher) goes something like:
[F] C C F F
[F][Am] C C F F

Then it goes back to the previous pattern (verse), except instead of 'F major' you 
play a 'C major' in the final bit:

Gm Gm C Am Dm
