A phaser is needed to achieve that organic tone and I highly recommend a capo on the
fret because that is the best way to play it (see live version: Mick actually plays it one
step down, but the recorded version has been pitched up through the mixing)
On the top of that, a second guitar is played by Keith scratching on the 8th fret (Cm):

There's a sort of bridge played in Fm7. While the rhythm guitar plays random low notes
the 3th and 5th, the wah guitar plays:
