Mostly, I agree with the other tab, but it's easier if you play it like this:

Use your 4th finger to play the 3 on the D string, and your 2nd for the 1 on the B 
 Then you just have to put your first finger down on the 5th string to play the next note. 
there it's just normal power chords.  Great song.
