First of all, do not complain about the tuning, there's nothing I can do about it, we
all know Sonic Youth use (almost) always odd tunings for their songs. Anyway, here's how I 
play this song with my mates.

The used tuning is:

A|—| (Standard e down 3 and a half steps)
A|—| (Standard B down 1 full step)
D|—| (Standard G down 2 and a half steps)
D|—| (Standard D)
D|—| (Standard A down 3 and a half steps)
D|—| (Standard E down one full step)

I believe the second guitar is in a slightly different tuning, either way, you can play 
this amazing song just by using this one in both guitars.
